Mitchell Consultancy was founded by me Dean Mitchell, with one clear purpose: to offer practical, personal consultancy support to businesses who want real solutions — not just tick-box advice.

With a combined 20+ years of experience across Human Resources, Retail & Commercial Business Operations including consultancy, I understand the real challenges businesses face, from the shop floor to the boardroom.

I've worked within fast-paced retail environments, aviation sectors, SMEs, and growing start-ups — not just talking about processes, but delivering them. Mitchell Consultancy exists to share that knowledge, simplify the complicated, and support businesses that want to grow, protect their people, and future-proof their operations.

I also hold an Batchelor of Arts degree with Honours in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 5) and the First Line Management (FLM) qualification obtained through my extensive retail career, reflecting a strong foundation in leadership, operational excellence, and people management.
